The community also boasts a private boat ramp access to Tower Lake, exclusively for residents and guests use so if  you  fishing, boating and water skiing then this is the place for you.

For the golfer there are a variety of golf courses to choose from with Southern Dunes less than 5 minutes drive from the vacation home, and Providence and Champions Gate nearby.

Also within easy reach are a variety of lakes for fishing, boating and water skiing. .

Highway 27 boasts a wide range of eateries and shopping plazas, including the Posner Park plaza.

Description

This attractive, spacious 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home with 2343 sq ft of fully air conditioned living area, can sleep a maximum of 10 guests. 

The downstairs open plan living area has an airy family room overlooking the pool and has a flat screen TV and satellite TV, service, DVD and portable music system; while the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens onto the formal dining area - the dining table can seat 8 diners.  The laundry is fully equipped, including iron and ironing board. There is also a downstairs powder room.

The downstairs master bedroom, with patio doors to the pool deck, has a queen sized bed, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower.

Upstairs, bedroom 2 has a full sized bed. TV, DVD player and full en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bathroom.

The upstairs loft style Den has a queen size sofa bed as well as TV, DVD player plus a multi games Games table.

This home has WIFI Internet access while the telephone service allows unlimited calls to landlines throughout the USA and Canada. Also available are courtesy crib, highchair, monitor, safety gate for the top of the stairs and night lights ,which may be requested on booking the home.

The south facing fully screened pool deck with covered lanai and WC is furnished with sun loungers, patio dining set, 2 seater (adult) swing seat, pool toy box and courtesy BBQ (charcoal not included) is great for sunbathing and dining alfresco..

Located on Hwy 27 close to the junction with Interstate 4 this home is approximately 30 minutes drive time from Legoland, just a 35 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks and attractions in the Orlando area, 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy reach of a variety grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, shopping plazas, malls, golf courses - especially Southern Dunes - and major traffic routes.
