Bedroom 2 is also located downstairs and has a Full sized bed and is serviced by the downstairs family bathroom.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are located upstairs and each have 2 sets of twin beds and share the upstairs family bathroom.

The pool deck with covered lanai has an attractive swimming pool and faces east - just perfect if you like to sit out, lounge round the pool, picnic or dine outdoors without being in the full sun all day long. The large back yard is fenced in offering greater privacy.
