This light and airy home, with 1833 sq ft of fully air conditioned living area, is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The attractive and homely family room looks onto the pool deck.
The fully fitted kitchen with dining area is well equipped with all the appliances you will need during your stay. The laundry is equipped with a washer, dryer iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with king sized bed and full en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is also master bedroom with a queen sized bed and full en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have 2 sets of twin beds and share the family bathroom.
For your entertainment there are 5 TVs with cable TV and a DVD player.

The west facing, fully screened pool deck with covered lanai and patio dining set, has a pool and is quite private as it not only looks onto a grassed conservation area but is also screened by shrubs.
After a hard day at the attractions, shopping or golfing, stepping into the cool and airy interior of your vacation home will refresh your senses.
Sit and relax in the family room or watch TV, take a nap in the king size bed in the master bedroom, or step out through the patio doors onto the pool deck and let the pool and jacuzzi ease away the strains of the day, or just lounge and relax on the pool deck.
For those with a little more energy, or for those quieter days at home check out the games room.
Also within easy reach of the home are a variety of lakes for fishing, boating and water skiing. For golfers there are a variety of golf courses to choose from. Legoland is just a 36 minutes drive from the home.

The Champions Gate area has a wide variety of dining and shopping amenities as well as offering easy access to the Orlando theme parks and attractions, Kennedy Space Center and the beaches on both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.
